I don't blame you at all. If you have a great concept or script, it's retarded to post it on a public message board.

On the other hand, it's kind of odd to discuss a script with a stranger. No one else really knows what you are going for, so you should extend the script to its logical conclusion by yourself.

I don't think it's odd to discuss it with a stranger. They have a different perspective with no bias, and will be able to give you a wealth of info.
