I was interested in knowing what type of Production credits film school's like to see in prospective student application packets...

I am interested in going into Directing or Producing and wanted to know what type of production jobs I should try and take on (i.e. Production Assistant, DP, Assistant Director).

Also, does anyone here know if some film schools look down upon different types of productions (i.e. Reality shows, commercials, training videos etc...)

Heck, really, as many as you can get. A good range will show passion and commitment as well as a focus on a specific "credit".
