Hey guys, I applied to Boston University for the Film Production program for Fall 2008 and got wait listed, then rejected. I plan on reactivating my application for Fall 2009. So far I've increased my Math and Verbal GRE scores, but went down one point on the Analytical writing. I don't plan on taking the test again since it's not that important to the BU admissions board based on what I've read. This summer I've been interning at the local PBS station and helping a girl finish her documentary in post-production. Additionally, I intend to revise and write new application essays. I also hope to get another intern position at a production company this fall. Is there anyhting else which would be beneficial to me getting admitted this time around? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. The only thing is that if I were to make some films, I wouldn't be able to put them in any kind of portfolio. They could only be mentioned in my personal essay about my self. Do you still think it's worth it as opposed to doing something else, such as interning at a production company? Thanks again.
