I am applying to Grad school next year and wondered if anyone had info about the following schools?

Well I guess I'll share what I have been able to discern so far. Please anyone correct me if I am wrong because I have never attended any of these schools and am going on what I can decipher through online research.

Academy of Art University: I read a lot of complaints about incompetent professors and didn't find anything to really make the University stand out. There were always a lot of complaints about where the money was going because apparently a lot of the equipment and buildings needed upgrading. These observations are however probably not as credible because I gained them from online forums, but there was definitely a large trend among many posters.

Art Center College of Design: Have been able to uncover too much as of yet. Afraid it may be more focused on television and programmable media such as Ipods, cell phones, ect. and there are no biographies or links to websites for the faculty which makes the process more grueling.

San Fran State: Have figured out too much here, except I recall something being said about a lack of community. People just coming in for classes, like a community college. However this wasn't necessarily film students or graduate students so it could be very different in the program.

Loyola: Seems like a very reputable school. I saw it on a top 10 list for best schools for your money. I got the impression they were more television focused than film though.

Boston U: cant say anything at the moment.

Disclaimer: Please understand this post is no way to bash or discredit any schools. I am simply trying to make eliminations to my list of potentials to find the right fit for me. So this posting is simply here to benefit anyone in the same situation as me. Please correct me or offer any information if you can.
