A friend and I are doing our own youtube group with new vids up about every 4-5 days (mostly gleefully dumb stuff). I intend to eventually post some more serious films up there, but for now we're just trying to get recognition... and failing. Anyone trying the same?

I like the old Beavis and Butt-head episodes that people post, but I think its viability for distributing and disseminating 'serious' narrative works is limited. Viral distro only works for porn/joke vids.

it's where I first saw "In The Mood For Love" since absolutely no video store ive ever been in has it, and it was still amazing. and I used to watch Chungking on there to and the Passion of Joan of Arc

The whole film (In the Mood for Love) is on Youtube? Rent or buy the DVD online, it's fantastic.
