Hello, my name is Ryan. I am obsessive over film. I know that I want to do this for the rest of my life. However, there is no one I can share this passion with. I live in the middle of friggin' Orange County, one of the most arrogant, Republican places on the map. I hate it here; everyone is so narrow-minded. All my "friends" tell me that I film won't make good money. I know this is true, but it is an innate passion. I hope to get some new friends here who have the same passions as I do (well of course I should, since after all this is a film forum). Hope to contribute some stuff to this site soon.

Representin' the OC huh? Sorry, so yeah, well, you're at least in Califonia, OC can't be too far from LA can it? I'm in Dallas right now, and my best option is Austin where the industry is pretty much dominated by UT students. So what's your problem? You're county may be stupid but you're in the right state at least.
