Hello all!
Just wanted to introduce the trailer for my upcoming film Torendion. Look to it's coming this spring!

Well you had some fantastic sets, great camera movements, and from what I see I am thinking it might be one of the rare student films that you can actually just watch and enjoy like any other movie instead of nitpicking and being distracted by technical and acting errors.

However when you try to do a movie that emulates the feel of Lord Of The Rings fantasy, you run into a major snag.
Don't get me wrong I am not really a fan of LOTR at all, but from a purely technical standpoint you just can't compete with it, which is unfortunate because now audiences EXPECT any fantasy movie to live up to the standards of LOTR, which makes this type of movie very hard to pull off.

It looks cool - it really does. A couple things to mention: lose the LOTR music and use something not copyrighted and try to do a bit of color correcting. I think it can add TONS of production value to your movie.

Otherwise, it looks great. What'd you shoot this on?
