Anyone working in the industry at the moment?

And for those who are at film school/uni what is the next step when you graduate?

Just curious because a few of my friends from uni are starting up a production companny and I was wondering if there was anyone in a similar position to us cruising these here fine forums!

Am a brissie boy.
Currently in the film and tv program at QUT.
I plan to either get out and become a gaffers attachment/electric or a news camera operator for the first few years out. From there i will start trying to work my way into the camera dept. to eventually become a cinematographer.

As far as the production company thing goes, it is quite common here in OZ, it seems that QUT has spawned quite a few little production companies, which is great because the companies take students on.
