A belated hello and introduction to everybody.

Im Matt Parnell(theParnell) an Aussie filmmakers. Ive been regularly on the site and resgistered for about 18 months now.

As a filmmaker I specialise in Cinematography and Editing, with experience in one of Australia's leading post houses, and a little training from our premier film school over here, the AFTRS(trained Weir(Master & Commander), Lesnie(DP on LOTR) and many more).

On top of that at 14, with my first ever short film I won the Student section of a state wide film festival, i have produced a large number of productions since, ranging from Documentaries to Live Productions. I am the student mentor in charge of FTV at my highschool.

jdunn, Im 16 now, but yer, i guess im pretty luck to have gained a fair bit of experience and knowledge in such a small time. But i guess ive just been proactive trying to get a headstart on the long road ahead.
