Something that has always been important to me is altering the raw image in post production. I know the look I want, but can't quite figure it out in FCP. I did this one in Photoshop:
Any suggestions?

how do filmstrips work? Will I have to alter each frame, and reimport them into FCP?

Export it as 15 fps to cut down the amount of frames you have to edit. Then, use MotionPerfect from Dynapel to replace the missing frames (it does it pretty accurately).
Export as a sequence of frames, make a photoshop action which applies the filters, and run it as a batch process in Photoshop. Voila. Reimport as a pict sequence.
