I finally have all the pieces to my doc (music, voice over, etc.), but have hit a snag. Music is fine.

But, my brother did the VO using a mic and a digital recorder (purchased for this purpose). The files imported into my computer just fine. I sampled some and they were fine. I copied the files into my desired folder on my external HD, sampled them and they are fine.

However, when I import the files into PREMIERE PRO, it cuts off the end of the file (each "scene" has a separate VO wav file).

I opened the file into Adobe Audition to adjust some levels and they opened in full, but would not import in full into Premiere.

I also attached a VO file (167k) to an email and the attached file (when sampled) was not complete (the end cut off).

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

What format are they? Are they WAV files?

Yes, they are wav files.

In fact, I was just toying with improving the sound quality in Audition and saved a file, imported into Premiere and it came in complete.

It looks like I'll have to open them in Audition and resave from there. Frown
