Man just open it in Premiere if you have it and just go to speed and make the speed (-100) if you want it to play reverse the same speed it does normal, otherwise play around with it you can make it go as fast or as slow in reverse as you like, just as long as there is a (-) in front of the value. Simple.

Edit: And I just re-read this thread, and realised that I made a fool of myself. :P
