Any of you fellow vegas 5 users know of any good sites to learn the ropes of vegas 5?
I have a small attention span and want to learn all the basics of it as quick as possible.
Any suggestions?

i never really read any sites, although you could look up the DMN Forums (don't know the URL, google it), they've got a great group of people who do vegas.

also, i know it inside and out, so if you need a hand let me know.

where did you get yours? do you still have the trial? i think you can still get a student discount on it...it's only like 190 or something.

vegas is pretty easy if you just screw around with some sample clips. im still learning it but really its pretty simple. thats why i love it. that and its system requirements are VERY lenient.

EDIT: i just found out sony is implementing an HD plugin for Vegas soon, as well.

I use Vegas and ?i fiin it to be extremely easy, but that's probably because it's a follow up to the original software I used to edit with, Movie Explosion Deluxe. The help contents should tell you everything you need to know.
