De-interlacing a clip will not introduce interlacing.

I'm a little confused as to what you are trying to do.

Why do you need to de-interlace it?

Did you deinterlace your video in premiere and now want to match you're titles to it? I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but you should be okay. If you're comp setting is at 29.97 fps, you're working in frames, not fields. The only way you could work in fields is if you're comp setting is 59.94 fps and then plan to nest the comp to a 29.97 fps comp, and this wouldn't happen automatically--you'd have to set it up this way. What's the problem? Is you're titles looking crapy? Why is this a concern? One option to get around all this is to render your titles out with an alpha channel and import them into premiere. Then you'd be working in whatever timeline you started in and you wouldn't have to re-render your video an extra generation.

BTW, be carefull AE doesn't screw up field dominance (even though you deinterlaced, it still has fields). It's often best to go File>Interpret Footage and set it yourself.
