I loaded premiere today to do abit of editing and the program frezzes, refuses to preview anything and gives me this bizzar message :

[\dev\starsky\MediaLayer\Src\Audio\AsioHost.cpp-578]

Any thoughts? Think its was an audio problam but cant be sure.

Have you checked the Adobe forums? That might help you. It could be possible that Premiere is clashing with another program on your system. Try to shut down any unecessary programs running. I know that ASIO references your soundcard so maybe you should try to update your driver. But I'd check out Adobe first and see if you can find a solution there.
