My name is Rusty Johnson. I am an Amazon Explorer, lecturer, and Author. My wife is an Native Amazonian and this week I will be going to the Peruvian Amazon for the 11th time in 1 1/2 years. Every time I have visited the jungle I have shot video, mostly no budget Sony Hi8Digital, but I got some shots good none the less.

Such as: wildlife, Indian chief, shamanic ceremonies, people, and the culture. I am looking for people interested in editing this video. This will be a goodwill mission since I do not have a budget, but participating editors can use the video for their portfolio reel.

I will choose one of the submitted finished projects editors send to me and narrate a monolog about the Amazon, its beautiful flora and fauna, culture, people, and its awful destruction. I will conclude with some to the point reasons on why we should save it.

The chosen editor will have full credit for editing the finished product as well as a mention in my new book about the Amazon.
