ok, i got a guy in greece to score my movie out of the kindness of his heart. we both want some sort of legal agreement, so i won't steal his work, use it for other stuff or call it mine, and so he won't demand money later and say i can't use it. (though i think we trust each other ) any place i can find a sample or template contract? or does it matter? if i just write it down in legalish sounding terms and we both sign it is that good enough? thanks all

according to my business law class, if you draft something that you both agree on and sign it, it's a legal contract
