I'm currently working on the last day of filming for a reality film I'm doing on small town life and women who have moved from a large city to these towns and how they are adjusting.
I've alway used transcription service to do the transcripts of my raw footage and B-roll, but I've heard that there may be programs that can just automatically do this for you as you tape.
Has anyone else heard of this or should I stick with my transcriptionist? I'm not having any trouble with their services (I mean, you can't beat getting 12 hours of video transcribed overnight!) but if there's a device or program that can do it while we're filming, that would be even better.
So, any advice on this?
My film, my world, my life
