basically you just lay your video into 2 tracks, then click on the "effects controls" in the monitor window, and choose MOTION from the "Fixed effects" list. This will allow you to move the clips around and resize them. Theres a tutorial HERE as well

Ok, you are asking how to make it look like you are rewinding through the events that have already occured in the film? Ok, here's what you do. Take your entire sequence up to this point in the film. Start a new sequence. Put the original sequence in the new sequence twice. So now if you play this new sequence it will play the entire movie twicew in a row. Now, right click on the second instance of the clip and select speed/duration. Click reverse speed, set an appropriate rate as well (should be pretty fast). Now watch what you just did - the film will now play very fast in reverse. To tweak the look, add some sound effects of tape squeal on top and add some visual distortions too to get that look of the lines across the screen when a VHS tape rewinds. Good luck!
Hola Jeff! indeed the clockwise effect is not going like I thought...is not quickly enough.....how much percent do I have to tape in? and then do u know some nice distortions effects?....
Thanks one more time!!
