Do you have after effects? Open it up and load your video. Drag your video into the timeline, click it. go to effects --> cinelook -->film damage or what have you. Set your parameters (or presets), tweak as you like and render your video.

I did that.But the rendering is slow as hell.I pushed the cancel bottom already .Maybe I need a faster pc.Thanks!

That's the nature of the beast. Cinelook, Magic Bullet...they're all "slow", even with a fast PC. You'll just have to deal with it.
