if you search around you'll find some in depth answers on this board in in your manual. the short answer is: hook up the DV cam to the computer with a firewire cable. open your NLE of choice (fcp, avid, premeire, imovie.. whatever). set your camera to VCR or playback mode. hit record on the camera (not the record for filming things, this one is usually diferent) press play on your computer. that's it! | PerryKroll.com | TRC | "If not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled."
