ok im pretty new to editing and filmmaking in general, but i learn pretty quick. last night i learned how to superimpose .jpg and .gif files (like for muzzle flashes or something) and now what i want to do is figure out how to matte two video things together... that is say i have the original footage, and i have footage of an explosion of a gun goin off shot against a black screen... how to i get the black/green/blue to go away? can anyone link me, or help me out?
thanks
