Does anybody know how the film flutter/end of spool effect was done at the end of the trailer for "sunburn" on the test pilot 111 site?

it can be done with vegas video 5. i've uploaded both a project file which you can replace the video file I used with any one on your computer and change the settings, as well as a wmv file showing what it does. it took me 5 seconds, but it can definitely be customized to do what you want.

That's my trailer, I did in premiere pro using the vertical hold effect and one of the noise plugins. I also did the effect in a seperate sequence from the letterboxing (which i did in post) so that the effect included the black bars in the roll, then i re letteboxed it...in other words if the LBing was not done inside the sequence you would only see the image rolling, minus the bars.

thanks the full movie will be up on my site by early october (its actualyl been done for a while but i havent gotten around to it lol). I'll post it to the filmmaker announcements section when it is done.
