yeah, it's always good to check www.resellerratings.com before buying from any web site, and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is

I bought a Sony HDR-FX1 from them, what I paid for was 2,338 dollars all together. It was a package deal and I was happy because I was finally getting my camera. Well on Monday they called while I was at the I-Max theater and told my mom that I would need to upgrade lenses/filters because it was HD and all of that. Basically gave her the fast talk, so she said she would check with me and get back to them. So yesterday my mom called the credit card office to check her ballace, well when the automated voice said she had a balance of 11 dollars we started to get a little worried. After waiting on the phone for over an hour for them to pick up they finally do. Monday we also told them to cancel the order btw, but they had gone ahead and shipped the order anyway and charged 4,134 dollars for the "upgraded" parts. Filed a complaint with Capital One though and they should be taking care of everything, so in the end it should be all gravey. Also it's my money so don't think I'm a little rich boy who has his mom buying him a camera lol.
