"Do u really think the person w/ the rights to the Beatle's songs now (Michael Jackson) is going to care if some indie-filmmaker is putting a Beatle's song into their cruddy little movie" Well, sooner or later hes gonna go bankrupt from these lawsuits and look for somebody to sue. P.S. This film will be entered in film festivals.

AFAIK festivals REQUIRE written licenses for any music used in the film. that would rule out the "no one will care" option. | PerryKroll.com | TRC | "If not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled." Wodehouse
