Nah, I'll just try another one. The movie was "Stop Making Sense," the Talking Heads concert movie Jonathan Demme directed. Bit of an obscure one, I'll admit.
Hope this one is better. Don't want to kill the game or anything
Here's your photo, yahoo is blocking remote linking. I didn't even know this guy was in this film. He is one of my favorite documentarian filmmakers. ...and he ate his shoe.
I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I'm having fun with the trivia.
The actor in the film in question (who is much better known as a documentary maker) is seen here eating his shoe after loosing a bet to a Cal Berkley film student in 1980 because he talked about making a film but hadn't until the bet was made. This same film student just won the academy award for best documentary last year (2004). How's that for a hint?

By the way, I know Warren Herzog for his narrative films, not his docs. Films like Even Dwarfs Started Small, Aguirre: The Wrath of God, Nosferatu, etc. I haven't seen too many of his docs... are they on video?
All right, the man in question is Werner Herzog (pronounced "Verner"). He directed the top film and acted in the film below it for another protoge (Yes, that's him wearing the scub mask). But I've probably said too much.

This used to be my profile pic so it's like the one screen capture I still have handy. This movie might be kind of obscure so if it's not answered in two posts or so I'll respond with a new pic. Still, bonus points to anyone who knows.
