Alright I hope this will be the last time I ever have one of my dreamweaver posts, but yet again I need help (I know, I'm hopeless). Ok in order for me to build the nav bar I wanted I just made a frame in my webpage off to left. Easy enough. Then I had all my icons that linked to the different sections on my site (movies, contact, links, etc.) Alright here is when it gets tricky, so anyway I link all the icons up to the different pages I made and hit the preview in browser button to see how it looks. From there I test it out, but when I click on the icon in the nav bar the page it was linked to opened up in the navigation frame I made, and not the main part of the site. I need to have it open on the main part of the page, not the frame with the links in it. Please if anyone knows how to fix this problem let me knmow. Thanks in advance.

simple! its called a target. don't know how to set one in dream-weaver, but it should be obvious

the HTML would look like this, so you can do it manually in code view:

<a href="page.html" target="name of frame">CLICK</a>

target can also be set to "_blank" to make a new window and "_top" to replace both frames with a new page

as Jeeves so concisely put it, "I am happy to have provided satisfaction, sir."
