I believe apple just patented a new material that's incredibly scratch resistant, and could be used for ipods.

Hey, I wouldn't put it past apple to put out a video like that just to F- with people. For all we know it's real and apple's just covering it up until the official announcement. HA!

well, no new iPods today. But iPod HiFi Boombox looks nice, but it's priced $50 more than the 3rd party ones already on the market. Have to see if the sound is that much better.

And the macmini is great! I'm totally going to get one to interface with a wall-mounted plasma tv in my living room. But I think I'll wait until they have blu-ray dvd drives (hopefully next update).

Ahh, there should be a 12-step for technofiles.

One could have a crazy mac mini render farm with those guys.

I was looking forward to a new iBook and maybe even full length HD movies on iTunes. Ah well.
