If you want to spend a couple hours being nerdy check this out:

Its actually incredible how much that first 1977 film has behind it now. This is literally an entirely new world.

i just read all the lotr books and thats just like this. the author made a whole new world very detailed

Yeah, LOTR is much more impressive only because he did it all on his own.

Star Wars is the collaboration from many different writers.
