Dude..... wait, is that good? I have no idea. I haven't bowled for years.

Google's stock FINALLY started going up. Yay. Now I've only lost $133.68 on it. Yes, that's right.... I bought right here:

Never, ever assume you can predict the shareholders' reaction to quadrupled earnings... Roll Eyes

Well 300 is the best score, but 149 is the best score I've ever gotten.

Well this should be a lesson for you. Smile

Never buy stock when it is high, only hoping it will go higher. Usually if you buy a stock because of a rally, all the money to be made on the stock has been made and you can only lose money on it.

Google stock is ridiculously overpriced. It has nowhere to go but down.

I know Chris, I know... Frown

I still have faith that it will go back up. The Google CEO announced a while back that they intend to enter the e-payment market. He said something about no one having done it right so far.

I'd been meaning to buy for ages, the stock was doing nothing but climbing, and then they said they'd be unveiling the earnings next day, so I bought. The earnings were 4x higher than last quarter, just as I expected, but the shareholders apparently wanted better.

Yeah, I love "Faces." My fav. of all Cassavetes' films. Funyn thing is I've onlyseen it like 3 or 4 times, but I've always found it really haunting, one of those films you can't get out of you're head, and don't know why. It really seems like nothing special on paper, but prolly one of the most important films I've seen along with "American Psycho," "Who's That Knocking..." "8 1/2" "Stranger Than Paradise" and "Chungking Express."

Oh yeah, I'm going away for a while, from the 13-21, my sis' is getting married (tried to get out of it but apparntly it wasn't an option (stupid family). Anyways, maybe I'll have something big to say when I get back (but prolly not) and pray for me being able to finish my film before August ends and my actors leave. Peace

Yeah, I'm glad things picked up in here again. I didn't want to be known as the one who killed the nook.
My best score in bowling is 156.
Long live the nook!

Remember in the Beverly Hillbillies movie when Jeffro thought he'd figured out how to bowl: He thought the objective was to roll the ball down the gutter and then run down and knock all the pins over before the ball got to the end.
That sure was funny.

Damnit. I hate Starbucks and ultra-conservative Baptists. I don't know who to side with, a group who's willing to boycott a chain I hate, or the chain which shouldn't get **** about the "homosexual agenda." Hmmm, if only something horrible were to happen to both of the groups I would have a smile on my face.

I think both sides are idiots. Did you r ead what the cup said? What the hell is that supposed to mean? Sure we could ask why anyone cares, but still what the cup reads is the most ridiculeous BS I've ever seen! Starbucks should be ashamed!
