I live in St. Louis and, as anyone who lives in St. Louis, I am a HUGE cards fan. The fans in St. Louis are fanatical about their teams, even if they suck. But fortunately, they don't. We've been patient these years with the cardinals. We never lost faith in them. We were always supporters. And now that they are AWESOME, it's unbelievable how crazy the fans get at a game. Home games for the Cardinals are so loud, and everyone is nuts. Take a look at the first game Larry Walker had. He got a standing ovation when he went to the plate. When he STRUCK OUT, he got another standing ovation as he walked off. 81 wins, with 40 games left. And they'll win at LEAST half of those, probably more. last year, we won 85 games in the whole season! IT'S FINALLY OUR YEAR!!

I simply have to draw reference to that Simpsons episode where Homer stops drinking and realizes how boring baseball really is. I've only seen a handful of exciting games in my life, i was at one where Garciapara hit 3 (almost 4) homers on his B-Day, the sox beat the devil rays, but they still suck, long live the curse of the bambino!!!
