Everyone has a film snob buried deep inside them, so in an effort to murder our inner film snob let's list the worst movies that we know suck but we love them anyway. But not in a Plan 9 from Outerspace sort of way, I mean you have to really dig this movie not just because it's so bad but because we're all idiots on some level.

For me those movies are Gleaming the Cube and American Ninja

a movie like Jesus Camp I really hate because its a real documentation on the sort of people I hate...but its such a good truthfull show that I love it. nothing better than seeing little kids convulsing on the ground and crying in the name of God Frown

yadayadayada the tv was on and it was Family guy being Star wars and it makes me hate both of those things so much more. sorry nothing good about that

i think that The TRacey Fragments was pretty bad but only cause it should have had more going on (or been longer) but theres some pretty good stuff that surprised me,b rings meaning to "cool beans" i remember someone made a movie about that phrase and it had nothing to do with cool beans. haha

and i just heard this about it;

Tracey Re:fragmented is a project by the director and producers that made available all footage from the film shoot to download and remix into "their own related projects, including music videos, new trailers or to re-edit the entire movie themselves".[2] The footage was released under a Creative Commons license[3] as four torrents, each approximately four gigabytes in size. A contest was held for the best use of the footage from August 2007 till January 2008, with the winning material being included on the DVD release

I second The Lost Boys. If that comes on TV, I'm helpless to change the channel. Then again, I love any movie with Queen songs in it.

Runners up would be my favorite bad Hong Kong action flicks, Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky (the longest hour and a half of your life that you'll treasure forever and ever) and Bio-Zombie (pure awesome).

Has anyone heard of that old TV movie about former NBA player Pete Maravich called "Pistol: The Birth of a Legend?" For someone inexplicable reason, that was one of my favorite movies of all time growing up, and, I guess mostly for sentimental reasons, I still love it even though it's very clear how awful it is. Terrible.

Another one is Tim Burton's "Big Fish." I'm told by most people that I should hate that film. But it gets me every time...

Good thread! It feels great to suppress that inner snob.

Flash Gordon. The remake.
And yes, Barbsteele, all the soundtracks are Queen's songs.

I recently realized my love of "Mother, Juggs. and Speed."

And I have a long time love of "The Labyrinth" of course I refuse to admit that is bad...it has its moments though.

Tremors was the first film I ever saw. It was in a drive in theatre. or maybe it was beetlejuice? I was just a small one.

the old Godzilla movies are so bad they are great. used to love those.

how about Mystery Science Theatre? Smile

I wanted to wish Brain luck on his most exciting Beverly Hills Chihuahua finally-get-to-see-it (possibly) day. I hope that this movie brings to each and every one of its billions of viewers the wonder and splendour of Hollywood.
