A solemn goodbye needs to be said to the best show on television in years. Arrested Development just aired its two hour series finale tonight. It was hilarious. It wrapped up the series nicely but it was so well done that it was sad it was a finale. The rumors that Showtime will pick it up are as likely as the last joke (about Ron Howard saying it would be a good movie,) being true. And it's a damn shame. It's highly doubtful that anything else will come and replace the comic void that Arrested Development filled so well. Thank you everyone who did watch the show and kept it on for at least three years. And thank you to everyone who didn't watch the show, enjoy you're ****ing Celebrity Skating.

I feel your pain, man. That was a great show with a great cast. This is almost as painful for me as the time the Sci Fi channel cancelled Mystery Science Theater 3000.

i know it was the best show on tv for the last two years (except for stella) and im angry it will be cancelled. and i thought when it came out that it would have been a good movie.

That was a good episode, that whole Iraq thing was hillarious.

Argh. I absolutely feel your pain. Arrested Development was my second favorite show. Stella was my favorite. Now they're both gone. Apparently, there is no God.

Not to mention Dead Like Me. Good show, got cancelled after second season.
