I use two chairs (for push-ups), a big bouncy ball (for crunches), and two 35-lb. free weights (for lifting, duh). I like to lean a piece of plywood (about 1 meter long) against the wall and use that as an incline for my arm as I lift with a single weight. I sometimes hold one weight with both hands behind my head as I do crunches, but that's hard as hell, and I'm sure I'll be an old man with back problems someday.

Anyway, what's a "home gym?" And are you trying to bulk up or just keep your muscles toned and healthy? That's important to know before you launch into a routine.

I watch M. Night's "Unbreakable" then lie down and bench all the weights I have with paint cans hanging on the ends.

All I see is a banner for the New York Film Academy...
Wow... now you can get an education as a filmmaker AND a workout routine all in the same school!!

What will they come up with next?

It only shows up on certain page loads for some reason, but it's that silly text banner by Google. Of course it would be Google with the amazing "we can make a computer understand what you're discussing here" ad.
