Any other fans of musicals on here?

I just watched the Hairspray trailer and it got me really excited...Anyone else share my enthusiasm?

Not for hairspary,

But yes for musicals.

I also enjoy musicals but have no desire to see hairspray.

I saw wicked in LA this weekend-- way better production than I saw on Broadway-- and I am really excited to see Sweeney todd being turned into a movie musical. Anyone with me on that?

And yeah Sweeny Todd should be pretty awesome...I haven't actually ever seen it but I've heard it's good...

Wicked... I've never seen it performed but I came across some of the music and I've been hopelessly addicted to it. I have no idea why. I'm not even really into musicals (other than the obvious ones like Phantom of the Opera and whatnot) but I want to see wicked pretty badly for some reason.

I saw the LA Performance at the pantages just recently-- It was wonderful. I liked it so much better this time.

And as for sweney todd-- My god I love that play. It's probably one of the all time best horror stories.
