Ok, so some of you may remember me....i used to hang around these parts quite often.....but recently I have been MIA as a result of..well...life i guess.

I've been busy graduating from high school and getting into college--I'll be attending Quinnipiac University where I will be studying Media Production.

Now although I am still sure I want to pursue film/video/animation/etc etc, lately I have done absolutely nothing in regards to any. The last video project I worked on would probably be last summer (and it doesn't help that I still have no camera since mine broke..)

So anyway, I have decided to stat checking back here in hopes to rekindle some inspiration of some sort so I can get myself back into this stuff.

And in order for this topic to not be so completely pointless I'll throw a question out there:

Any ideas on some small projects I can work on to just get something going without needing a lot of equipment and/or crew? I feel as if I have let the fact I have limited resources hinder me for too long....

Congrats on graduating, and welcome back.

With just yourself and a camera, you could always do a documentary...

thanks people Smile

so i have decided to give the new 'homework' thing a try to give myself something to do.

and even though i may not have any equipment myself, i do have some very high connections to my local tv station and their equipment (and coincidentally i may be working there soon...)

THE TIME HAS COME

Sorry I've been absent from Facebook Jess . . . life is crazy! How have you been?

Oh, and your question: get a friend to push you along. My friend and I text each other a video challenge one night a week and we have 24 hours to make a video. Its been really fun!
