Music is the sound of emotion. Whatever a film is about, or however it is presented, the emotion of the work is carried by the music. Without that, it's like trying to know or understand the feelings of people you deal with in real life - very hard at best. Life would be so much simpler if it had a soundtrack and all films will be better with the right one. But not the wrong one. Music is the unspoken dialogue of the film. It conveys everything you cannot realistically say in the script but want the audience to know. And because the language of the music is emotion, each person watching will interpret the meaning in a way that is most effective for them - something almost impossible to do with words or expression alone. I would like to make the soul of your film sing with music that arises out of your vision (not my library). You can't just tack it on. Film music is not wallpaper. I have been making music (as well as other things) for a long time. Go to www.digittarius.com for a taste. You can e-mail me from there. Whatever happens, make a good film. DIGiTTARIUS
