I've just completed a new website to showcase & provide music. To establish my brand name my site will provide aspiring filmmakers with free music.

Come see for yourself, I guarantee something for everyone!

I'm confused, it says on your site that the downloadable music is just for fun and cannot be used for commercial use. So how can we use this in our films? Sure if we are making some home movies for friends and family that would be fine, but if any of us wanted to enter feastivals and/or get distributed we would/could get sued.

The non comercial use warning is there for my protection from being sued for the remixes. The Media & Instrumentals found on my site are all owned by Sirjuns Surgery.
The music found on those two pages (Media & Instrumentals) can be used by you (i.e Student/aspiring filmmaker) as long as credit is given to me for it's use. The non comercial use warning stops scoundrels from using my work, profiting from it & given me no pay or credit.
So long as you are a student of film or media you can use my music with my permission.
The music that you find on the Media page are low quality & shortened examples of my work. If you require a full length, full quality version of the work you find there, email me the title of the track & in which project i'll hear it. ( So I can build my portfollio with credited work)
If you're still unsure written permission to use my music will be given if requested. Hope that clears any of your misgivings up! Smile
