Hello everyone. As a webmaster for Rush Multimedia we are designing a page on our site dedicated to composors willing to score music for independent filmmakers for free or low cost prices. What we will do is have your name as the compsor and 3 sample "clips." There will be a brief description as well as what types of music you create. So if you are interested and are a composor help us help young filmmakers by letting us feature you all on our site.

If you want us to add you to the list please leave the following in a reply.

- Artist Name (your name)
- Links to 3 sample clips
- Kinds of music you can create
- Your personal or studio website address
- Email Address
- Any experience or projects you have done for recent filmmakers

Thanks.

Time and time again...

Hi. My name is Jeremy Delamarter. Here's the information you wanted.

Name: Jeremy Delamarter

Music Links: Opening Credits and Main Theme from ABOMINATION

Lullaby Lullaby

Good Clean Fun

Types of Music I Write: What I mostly write is a blend of orchestral and electronic. I love both styles, and I'm well versed in both of them. My melodies are simple. I really concentrate on capturing the emotion of the film. I tailor the music to fit the film, so I don't limit myself to any specific genre.

website address: www.jeremydelamarter.com

email: jeremy_delamarter@hotmail.com

recent work: I am currently wrapping up the score to S. Tyler Wilson's short film "Abomination." As soon as that's done I will begin work on "A Good Place To Live," a film by Stephen Semones. I also just licensed a song to Clyde Garrido for his film "Hobos."

hope this is what you're looking for. Let me know when this section of your site is up. Thanks.

Jeremy

Hey,

I'm a composer. My name is Aryavarta Kumar, but I go by Arya for short.

Here's my info, although I'm still getting set up on the Internet with my website and all.

My website is under construction. Main site is at http://www.aryavartakumar.com. Some demos at http://home.cwru.edu/~amk19/demo.html.

I write mostly orchestral music with some electronic elements. I also am working on some actual songs but I'm waiting to find the right vocalists. Most of my time is spent composing orchestral music and creates moods and atmospheres.

You can reach me at arya@nanoapex.com.

I did some additional music for a student film called 'Refraction', I provided an additional track for the Star Control II: Ur Quan Masters Music Project, and I'm working with a team of game developers for a massively multiplayer computer game.

Let me know if you need more information, I'd be happy to provide it.

Best Wishes

-Arya

I hope you find the guys you're looking for. I'm always looking for composers and it's never easy to find. I'm getting ready to start a project now for a 13-episode series and am in need of an affordable and creative composer for my opening theme music.

I hurt myself today,
to see if i still feel,
I focus on the pain,
the only thing thats real,

The needle tears a hole,
the old familiar sting,
try to kill it all away,
but I remember everything,

(Chorus)
what have I become,
my sweetest friend,
everyone i know,
goes away in the end,

and you could have it all,
my empire of dirt,
I will let you down,
I will make you hurt,

I wear this crown of thorns,
upon my liars chair,
full of broken thoughts,
I cannot repair,

beneath the stains of time,
the feelings dissapear,
you are someone else,
I am still right here,

What have I become,
my sweetest friend,
everyone I know,
goes away in the end,

and you could have it all,
my empire of dirt,
I will let you down,
I will make you hurt,

if I could start again,
a million miles away,
I will keep myself,
I would find a way,

-Trent Reznor and Johnny Cash

Ask Jay88...he's a composer out of LA...he post here once in awhile...very cool guy too.

And by the way...Jeremy Delamarter is a wonderful composer...he made "ABOMINATION" a great success...I give 40% of the "feeling" of the movie to his music, 20% to dialogue and the rest to shots.

The silence of awe shall soon be heard.

Shucks, Tyler. Don't sell yourself short. The dialogue is at least 21 percent of the film's success. Maybe even 22 percent. No more than 23, though, I'm sure of that.

Tyler made a great film. The music is great by association.
