I represent a student film production. We are currently editing over 200 hundred hours worth of footage into a feature length documentary. The subject of which is a college student moving into an old age home. Within a couple short weeks, we will need someone to score some where between 40 and 60 minutes of the film. This person will have only a couple weeks to score the film before the sundance submission deadline. We may be asking the impossible, for a composer to work very quickly and for free. We understand the difficulties, but we need a an extremely talented composer to be 100% devoted for a few short weeks. Our first submission to a film festival will be sundance if accepted we will bring the composer. Part of the film is also being edit with the music of the band The Album Leaf.
