Ever so often I decide to venture out and try to plug my movies in as many places as possible, just in case people missed it the first time I posted them. Smile This is what I am doing right now. So here you go...

I'm 19 years old and I made all these movies within the last three years with my friends during High School. Enjoy watching them, if you decide to, hehe. If you use any of the links below to download, please RIGHT CLICK AND CHOOSE 'SAVE TARGET AS' to download to your comp for better viewing. Quicktime 5 or higher required.

Macshaft and his wife plot to kill the head of the police department, Duncan, so that Macshaft will be promoted to the higher status of Chief. Based on Shakespeare's MacBeth and the motion picture 'Shaft'. download: http://www.bryanharley.com/macshaft.mov (39mb)

Hey I've kept up with your production company... any word on upcoming projects? I know your actors are at school but the semester changes in a couple of months and I thought you may have something planned for winter shooting... Peace.

Actually yeah we have some things planned. We're working on a script for an action/comedy short.

We also have a completed script for a Star Wars parody! Yeah, I know star wars movies are all over the place, but it was 3-4 years ago when I saw "Troops" that got me really interested in digital filmmaking. So I'd see this really as an homage to all 'fan filmmaking.' It should be fun.

After that...I dunno. I want to make a feature sooner or later. I feel I'm nearly ready for it.

c-man, i used a combination of photoshop and premiere. I painted the tracers and muzzle flashes frame by frame. But you know, I did this a year ago, and I've never really liked the tracers. Some day I'm gonna go back and remove them or at least tone them down.

well I could never figure this out and premiere's help never actually helped... but how did you take the frame from premiere and put it into photoshop... or did you just import it as stop motion?

First I uploaded my footage into premiere. Then I cut it up into certain clips, clips that I needed to add tracers or muzzle flahes to, etc. Then I exported these clips as "filmsstrip" files. I opened these in photoshop then painted in the effects frame by frame. After that, save the filmstrip file and import it into premiere. Now it plays like a video clip again, effects and all.

Chris, I apologize for anything I did wrong but I've always been posting links to my movies here. To answer your question, "Do you have any objections to submitting your films to the site?" Yes I do, it'd cost me money. Money I use on hosting my own website where I have complete control of my content and how many films I can upload, etc. If that means I can't post about my movies on your message board, then I guess I'll have to leave, I'm sorry about that. Just let me know.

bmwracer - I used the Sony TRV11 minidv cam for all of my movies, it's a 1 ccd chip cam, about 3-4 generations old. Yes I can explain the ending to infestation.

spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen it...

basically, when mike is dragged away by bob after he sees the "monster" down the hallway...he sort of becomes infected..or infested by this creature. and by the end of the movie it's taken him over and he shoots bob and joe and walks back into the house to join the family who was also infested. I would've liked mike to DRAG bob and joe back into the house with him, but we decided against it at the last moment.

end spoilers for infestation.
