Hey I just stumbled across these by accident. Seems a few more sites are excited about "Within The Woods". There are a few semi big things going on with this but I have to keep them underwraps until papers are signed. I'll keep you all posted though. As soon as I can, you guys will be the first to know. I've been trying to get on board of a feature length film for a few years.

Well lets see...

New place is good.

Good job? Hmm.. it pays the rent, and it shows me im willing to do whatever it takes to support my family while still undauntingly chasing my dream so it serves its purpose.

Looking to direct the film as well. Ive never been much for selling scripts on ly because I started writing so I would have something to direct and as I always say, "I dotn need someone ######## up my script... I can screw it up all by myself."

As to recruiting crew.. not there yet. Originally the plan was to shoot end of April, with a "sneak peak" atleast cut by Fall. Some things have happened to postpone the production that I am still not at liberty to talk about but lets just say a very high profile name "in the bizz" has shown interest in the project. If they do get attatched it will certainly increase in production size. As soon as paperwork is signed (or they turn it down) I will let you guys know.

Bassically it is a Horror feature I am writing that revolves around the famed "Lost colony" of Roanoke island. In 1590 supply ships arived at the colony to find that all 117 residence had vanished without a trace. Something I learned about in History class and it always stuck with me. I couldnt believe someone had used it as a solid plot for a horror film so I decided to.

Other than that there are a few bigger things that could or could not happen with it. More later.
