Hey! I don't know if anyone on here goes to the University of Alabama but there is a film club and we need members - about 15 more.

There is a $15.00 fee for the club.

Overview:

Fall semester: We discuss filmmaking techniques from writing,to editing, as well as distrabution and festival usage. During the Fall semester I constantly insist that people write scripts.

Spring Semester: The members from the previous semester submit their scripts and one (or two) is selected and produced by the AFC. The writer gets to pick his role in the filmmaking process he or she can only hold one "major" role (directing, editor, DP, etc) The rest is randomly selected out of a hat. Everyone will get their share of each major job for at least an hour. To do this we only allow about 20 people in the club. Thanks.
