yeah i heard the same thing, either he will release the saga a one and a half hour long three part set, within a month of eachother or just two, three hour movies. But I'm not sure if that's true. Otherwise the movie looks pretty cool, a little different from his other films, but I hold Quentin Tarantino in high regards, so I think it should be pretty good.

THE QUENTIN TARANTINO ARCHIVES THis website will tell you that the likleness of KILL BILL being released in two seperate parts is just a remor started when the Miramax producers, Bob and HArvey Weinstein, suggested it as an "idea". It probably came to their thought since Lord of the Rings and The AMtrix are sorta "on going" films...kinda like how The MAtrix Reloaded Ended at kinda a moment where you gotta see the 3rd one to see what happens next...and Lord of the Rings: Fellowship where at the end there's a lien about a journey just begining...obviousely a ploy to get you see the next one. I doubt Kill Bill will be released in two seperate parts, which would be a fews weeks apart, because i'd be extremely stupid and would lose lots of money. I mean, what if Kill Bill blows? (which It won't ; ) If it blows no one will wanna see the 2nd half and the company loses millions.
TacoWagonProductions I'm gonna be a pilot when I grow up!

Because last night, I saw a show on Quentin Tarantino and his work with Pulp Fiction (which I have now seen), and he looks like a really great director.
But a few months ago, I saw a preview for a movie called Kill Bill, and it looked extremely stupid. It had a CG plane at the beginning of it that looked really fake. And it looked like it was made ten years ago...But they've probably changed a lot to it...

It's a Kung Fu movie, which QT is a huge fan of. And that plane isn't CG, it's actually a small model flying over a model city, and it's supposed to look fake, for the old kung fu movies used things like this very often.
Nice touch if you ask me.

For all the people who say it looks stupid simply don't realize what Tarantino is trying to achieve. Kill Bill will pay homage to the great kung-fu, exploitation, 70's genre flicks. The "fake" effects and set pieces are intentional and in my opinion wonderful....this movie will be awesome.
Plus, add Sonny Chiba with this movie and you know it's gonna be special.
Yeah, with enough soap, one could blow up just about anything.

And the weird thing is, I had seen most of it about 2 years ago at my friend's house, but never knew the title. Then, when I watched it the other night, I recognized it. I can see why you like Quentin Tarantino so much.

Now you gotta see Tarantino's other films, (this is unless you havn't yet): RESERVOIR DOGS (Tarantino's 1st film) JACKIE BROWN (This one is verrrrry underated...a lot of people find it boring and not as violent as Tarantino's other works...I think Jackie Brown has some of the best scenes and dialogue next to Pulp Fiction.) FROM DUSK TILL DAWN (directed by Robert Rodriguez...written and stars QT. Good action movie with good Tarantino dialogue) FOUR ROOMS (I have yet to see this one yet. It has foursegments directed by four different directors. Robert Rodriguez and Tarantino each directed a segment...each segment by them has been conisdered the best. I havn't seen it because I always forget to look for it!)
ALSO: TRUE ROMANCE - written by Tarantino directed by Tony Scott. Nice film with one of the best best scenes with great dialogue delivered by Christpher Walken and Dennis Hopper. Also look for Brad Pitt as a small role as a stoner who uses a honey jar as a bong!
And get ready for KILL-BILL this OCTOBER!!!! HOLY GOD!!! I'm DITCHING SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!
