Here's a few videos I've done. I'm experimenting with internet video, so the file sizes are definately "broadband." ...but worth the wait for you 'dialups.' Quicktime is required.
"She Goes..." by Brown Bag This is a music video. Brown Bag is a local Chico Band and we took a dramatic narative approach rather than a more traditional music video. It was done in Fall 2001 for a begining field video production class. About 4 minutes.
Political Crossfire This is a parody of the CNN show, "Crossfire." It was completed, from ideation to exhibition, in 48 hours through an activity called the 48 hour video marathon. The commercial in the middle of this is a real commercial I did for a real client from my old work. Embarassingly, it aired for over a year. Amazingly, this project is award winning. About 5 minutes.
PediCab Confessions This is an homage of the HBO documentary series, "TaxiCab Confessions." All the subjects are real, and everything said is unscripted. This was done a year and a half ago, in 48 hours from ideation to exhibition, for last year's 48 hour video marathon. About 12 minutes.
Enjoy. Comments are welcome. joren

I thought it was okay since Tizzy, Mike Jones, Perry, and others have posted links to their work on other servers and you haven't said anything thusfar.
Delete this thread if you like.

Yes some people have in the past and I haven't said anything. However, it is getting a little too prevalent as there have been many in the past week or so.
Do you have any objections to submitting your films to the site?
Thank you for understanding.

Well I guess it isn't entirely a bad thing for people to post links to films they have done...especially if them not being a student prohibits them from posting films on the site the "normal" way.
I'm going back and forth with this one...I just don't want it to be abused...that's all.

maybe you could figure a way to get a revenue out of the forum itself. More banners? Some sort of subscription service with limited access for 'freeloaders' like me?
I don't want to appear condescending, but could you clearify this 'rule.' Can we still post stills of films not on this site? Would you prefer we not discuss on your forum work that isn't on your site?
