So it's gonna have Jason? Fighting with a "Soldierman"?

Sweet. You should consider having a sequel with the winner versus Leatherface. That'd kick ass

I'd have to see this before I'd suggest a sequel...

evanmather.com <----Great, Funny, and award winning short films starring Star Wars action figures.

stop-motion are the first type of movie I ever attempted...I never plan on doing them EVER again. I wanted to kill myself. You'll most likely slowly move away from stop motion and into actual "live acting" because you'll realize it's a lot more fun, looks better, and your family will like seeing you on camera. Big Grin

I actualy wrote a 14 page script about two brothers that terrorize teenagers I was planing on making that into a movie I even had a cast and I was going to shoot it during the summer but half of my cast had to quit because of some summer program so I was screwed. I wanted to make somthing so I thought why not do somthing with action figures and I saw my jason vorhees action figure sitting on my shelve so I went to the dollar store because theres no way I was going to pay 20 bucks for an action figure. anyways I bought two action figures and made the movie at like 12am and that is how JASON VS. SOLIDERMAN was born. I agree with you Kyle I dont think I will be making a stop motion anaimation film again because it was a pain in the neck. next time I will work with real people. I did have fun making it though.

I animate all the time, and it never bothers me, it's not a pain in the ass, and i don't look forward to live-action just b/c its easier or more fun. i enjoy live-action as well, but stop-motion has its benefits: depends on the style you are going for and is not about convenience. i actually like the challenge evident with frame by frame creation and anticipate it like a fat kid waiting on cake.

Im not saying that I hated doing stop motion its just that next time I would perfer to do live action.
I did enjoy doing it though because it was my first short film but I think the only time I will do stop motion again is if I make a sequel to JASON VS. SOLDIERMAN lol
