The Pitch Me! competition was created to enable the American public to shout out about what they really want. Anyone with a camera, videophone or video camera can enter. Just film yourself pitching a movie idea – no matter how crazy, imaginative, bizarre, dull or senseless. The pitch has to be one minute or less and the winner will receive $1000 plus a chance for further fame and fortune.
The winner and runners up will be used to create, the ‘Ultimate Movie Pitch’ – the most incredible movie idea of this century.
Pitch Me! is aimed at anyone. It doesn’t matter who you are, how old or what you look like. All that matters is the idea behind the pitch.
You can send us a DVD, a video file via email or simply a link to the video you'ev uploaded on youtube.com or some other video sharing serivce - it is that easy!

a pitch is only the begining of an idea. Usually ill talk ideas over with friends and from there more ideas and ways of doing the idea come a bout. Even when filming ideas are constantly changing and new directions being chosen. Why anyone would want to base a festival celebrating only ideas rather than an actual picture, an actual reality of the idea, is beyond me.
