I just got an email about this. It sounds pretty interesting. I know I can write a "full-length screenplay" But a mounth, thats a kind of a scary deadline. Thats why I think I'm going to enter. I know it kind of a long way off, but I think anyone else that feels up to the challange should to. We have some good writers on this site, so check it out.
