I've been busy working on a project with Vivian G. of Hoard Magazine/Stypyic Productions and together we have started a collection of 9 short films based on my comic 1953.

To see the film:
1953 - EPISODE ONE

To see my comic:
1953 - COMIC

Wow man, your one weird dude! I like it tho. Unique to say the least!

WHat kind of camera did you use to film that?
Also where do u find your actors /actress's? Believe it or not, I have a very hard time finding middle age men to wear womens undergarments and let me film it!! Maybe its just me tho.. Razz

Another question, those fade transitions u did from wide shots to close ups, they were like a weird light/zoom fade , how'd u make those or what did u use, I really liked that effect.

Anyways keep up the good work, lookin forward to seeing more!

If you don't look I'll force you to _=_

The director of this one, Vivian G. of Hoardmag.com used a GL1 DVcam and did all the editing and on barebones finalcutpro.

I don't know what she used to help her sound design. When I direct an episode, I plan on using my friend's pro-tools.

thanks for the feedback. Smile

Dude. You have really freaked me out. Seriously. I don't wanna watch any more movies for a while.

Nice job, though. I would never dream of finding an old man willing to wear a bra and panties on camera. Wow. Nice job.

I'm not much of an experimental fan, but that was very well shot. I really liked the b&w and the lighting was really good.

I too have a GL1 and it's nice to know I the hardware to do something as good as that (but maybe not the expertise)!

Good job.

I wish you luck on your future endeavors. keep it up!

This was a complete abomination to filmmakers everywhere. Stupid....Absolutely Stupid! Not only do you need clinical help, but you need help when it comes to storytelling.

I'm sorry, we haven't been introduced. My name is Mr. Skye Thorstenson. I see that you are taken with the film enough to write a heated response and even more heated insult.

Knowing alot of films have polarized audiences your comment doesn't hinder my ambitions. People who glance at my work either love it or hate it because it touches something within in them or they just move on their merry way to what appeals to them be it a steriod laced action flick or a simpering romantic drama.

Obviously it affected you in a negative way forcing you to act like a cornered animal lashing out defense mechanism. I didn't mean to threaten you. But THANK YOU for taking the time to watch the film in its entirety and to feel vocal enough to include your perspective.
