Just got a new camera. Not high definitinon but it is at the same time. Got this from a business partner of mine for a very small sum of cash. I'll be testing this bad boy out for the local channel as I shoot the Combat Zone Wrestling Event this weekend.

Then I will be visiting an Warner Brothers Rep about taking part in a over seas shoot.

I'll be sure to brag about all my good fortunes to you guys..and gals later.

In the mean time good lucck nitpicking because I'll be in Thailand and Finland getting paid to do what I love while you will all be home discussing my sex life

He sold it because he's going to Italy to be a photographer and will be traveling the world and getting paid huge sums of money for something he loves. He had no need for the camera and considering I live less then 5 minutes away and I have my own thing going he felt he could sell it to me for quite less and help me out.

While your still trying to fool people into thinking that your DVX-100 is a Hi-Def camera, lets see some of your work. I really would like to see some examples. You seem to have it all together, and your just so successful. I would love to see, if you work is as good as you say...I would love for our company to free-lance you out for some work that we dont have time to do. This should appeal to you my friend. We pay a $1,000.00 Director Rate. Some times more. Just show me some of your work.

As to Titus im not sure who you are reffering to with you "HI-8" comment. It was either myself or Kris.

I have never shot Hi-8 (although SVHS back in the day) I have shot with the XL-1 with prime lens adapter and a blow up to 35mm, sony 300, 500, beta cam, digibeta, Panasonic Hi-Definition Varricam (yes, the real HD), and I own a Panasonic AG-DVX100.

Kris has DPed atleast one spot using the XL-1 with prime lnses and I believe some film shoots as well.

For the record I wasnt attacking you, just curious what you meant is all. Congrats on the cam, I was just wondering if he seemed to "not like it" and thats why he sold it.

So... enjoy your DVX100 and be careful whos hand you bite. It may just be the one that feeds.

Ok, I had no desire to pick a fight or name call. I was asking a legitamate question, and did believe most of your posts were made in jest. Then things were taken out of context and a ridiculous comment about us (specifically Kris and myself) was made stating we were jealous that we had to use HI-8. Again sarcassim. No biggie. We both responded with information about ourselves. I can only speak for myself but my reason was to show I wasnt being a "hater" just asking a serious question.
